Analysis tools

IP anonymization is used on our website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the European Economic Area. We use a Facebook pixel for the advanced analysis of website usage. This is an analysis tool offered by Facebook Inc., which helps us to measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising in social media (specifically Instagram and Facebook). It also helps us to display targeted advertising to Facebook users who have shown an interest in our online offer through their actions.

Order process

All data entered by customers in the course of order processing are saved. This includes:

-     Name first Name

-     address

-     Payment data

-     E-mail address

The data that are absolutely necessary for delivery or order processing can be passed on to third party service providers. This is particularly the case when customers use the option of a pick-up station. In order to enable this service in particular, data exchange with our partners is necessary (e.g. name and order details). If the retention of your data is no longer necessary or required by law, it will be deleted.

Blumenpost offers you a newsletter in which we inform you about current events and offers. If you want to subscribe to the newsletter, you have to enter a valid email address.

user account

In order to be able to place orders via our website, every customer can set up a password-protected customer account. This contains an overview of orders placed and active order processes. If you leave our website, you will be automatically logged out.

We do not accept any liability for password misuse unless we caused it.
